Pursuant to Art. 79 of the Notarial Law Act of 14 February 1991 (Joural of Laws of 2002 , No. 42, item 369, as amended)
A notary public performs the following acts:
- draws up notarial deeds,
- draws up certificates of inheritance,
- prepares certifications and authentications,
- delivers statements,
- draws up minutes,
- draws up the bill of exchange or cheque protests,
- accepts deposits such as money, securities, documents and data on data carrier defined in the regulations on implementation of IT solutions for entities fulfilling public tasks,
- draws up extracts, excerpts and copies of documents,
- on request of the parties, prepares drafts of deeds, statements and other documents,
- performs other acts pursuant to separate regulations.
